This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Rolling Meadows, IL.\nThe qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s NGMS.\nBasic Qualifications:\nA candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:\nBe completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution\nBe majoring in or having majored in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or a related STEM field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.\nBe able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)\nThe ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs\nExperience with troubleshooting of hardware, and test issues\nExperience with schematic generation such as Cadence.\nExperience completing hardware projects involving hardware design / development activities and/or integration and validation activities on schedule and on budget.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher\nPython and MATLAB experience.\nExperience with programming languages such as C#, C, Java or Lab Windows CVI\nExperience with schematic generation such as Cadence.\nPrior hardware troubleshooting experience of test equipment or prime hardware.\nExperience in troubleshooting unit under test.\nExperience with RF Electronic systems in manufacturing or design (hardware, firmware, etc.) environment.\nExperience working with use of any test instruments such as (but not limited to) Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, etc.\nFamiliarity with reading schematics and interpreting electrical one-lines.\nExperience using GitHub.\nActive DoD Security Clearance.\nSalary Range:\n$72,700to $109,100\ncampusjobs\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
