The Northrop GrummanCIDOClassified Solutions team is seeking anAssociate Computer Systems Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate willbe requiredto work on-site, full-time at our Huntsville AL location.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform asan Associate Computer Systems Analyst in support ofclassified governmentcontracts.
Exhibitsgood communicationskills, an energetic approach, and patience with customers.
Establishes andmaintainscustomer satisfaction according to definedobjectiveswhile adhering toestablishedpolicies.
Assistswith the resolution of technical problems and answers queries by telephone, in support of internal customers computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
Awareness ofoperations surroundingmulti-user computer systems, including collaborationwith network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians
Able to support multiple networks, under directionensuringnecessary administration tasks arecompletedfollowing all security policies and procedures.
Follow documented technical processes and procedures in support of job duties as assigned.
Reporttaskstatusesasrequiredfor all recurring and non-recurring effortsin written and oral format.
Awareness toworkingacross disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems.
Support environmentsby means ofticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Raises issues that require senior level attention or involvement.
Lifts and moves equipment up to 50 pounds.
Work after hours, and weekends, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor'sDegree with 0 years of experience; OR anAssociate's Degreewith 2 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma(or equivalent)with 4 years of experience isrequired
Basic understanding of Windows Server OS
Candidates must meet theU.S. Government8140 requirements for a Associate Computer Systems Analyst - Security+
Must be able to obtain and/maintain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegreewith 1 years of experience in InformationTechnology
Active Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph
Security+ CE certification
1 year ofInformation Technology experiencewithWindows Server Administration
Basic knowledge ofNISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments
Knowledge of Windows server domain management, including Windows AD, LDAP
Awarenessof basic networktopologies
Awarenessof environmental monitoring tools (HBSS/Solar Winds/Splunk)
Basic knowledge of scripting
Awarenessofsystem imagingas they pertain toenterprise environments
Experience with Assessment & Authorization processes
