Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer (level 1) or Manufacturing Engineer (level 2).\nThis position is on C shift, 3x12 schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00AM - 7:30PM.\nThis position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Iuka, MS. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:\nDesign manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.\nDesign arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.\nDesign sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.\nAdapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.\nInspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.\nDevelop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.\nProvide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.\nEnsure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.\nBasic Qualifications for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer (T01):\nA candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:\nBe completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027\nBe majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree\nBe able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.\nBasic Qualifications for a Manufacturing Engineer (T02):\nA candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.
