It's a mission.\nWe're looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team, supporting some of the UK's most important and complex programmes across defence, national security, cyber and mission-focused environments.\nAs an Associate Delivery Manager, you'll help ensure projects are delivered effectively by providing financial oversight, delivery support, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Working within agile project teams, you'll learn from experienced Delivery Managers while taking ownership of your own work packages and contributing to successful customer outcomes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in delivery management, project management, programme support or operational leadership. You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, work with experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed to manage increasingly complex projects and customer engagements.\nYou'll play a key role in helping our teams deliver meaningful outcomes that support critical missions while building valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets and customer expectations are effectively managed.\nMonitor project performance, including financial tracking, forecasting, resource demand and governance reporting.\nWork with delivery, account and business management teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.\nSupport agile teams by applying project management principles, delivery frameworks and continuous improvement practices.\nBuild strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.\nContribute to commercial processes, project mobilisation activities, audits, reporting requirements and change control activities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential\nExperience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities.\nUnderstanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean or similar approaches.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nExperience using business and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues and customers at different levels.\nA proactive mindset with an interest in delivery excellence, problem solving and continuous improvement.\nDesirable\nKnowledge of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting or reporting.\nUnderstanding of risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) management.\nExperience within defence, national security, government, engineering, technology or highly regulated environments.\nAwareness of commercial delivery models such as Fixed Price and Time & Materials contracts.\nRelevant project management qualifications or training, such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM, Scrum or equivalent.\nWe know that no candidate will meet every requirement.
