As a Avionics Technician -Level 2or Level 3 located in Goleta, CA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and in a team environment alike. You have a strong aptitude and desire to learn the practical application of the RF test environment and the theory behind the work you do. You identify opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on customer service excellence. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
