And East Hartford, CT . This position will require 50% travel between both locations to address calibration needs.\nThe Calibration Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, tracking, and regulatory compliance of measurement tools, gauges, and laboratory or manufacturing equipment. Key responsibilities include scheduling calibrations, maintaining databases, and coordinating with external vendors.\nThis position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.\nIn this job, you will:\nMaintain and manage the calibration database for all tools, gauges, and equipment\n Ensure all calibration records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready\nTrack and manage calibration schedules to ensure all equipment remains within required calibration intervals\n Coordinate internal and external calibration activities with vendors and internal teams\n Generate and review calibration reports, certifications, and related documentation\nIdentify and follow up on overdue or missing calibration items\nAssist in investigating and documenting calibration discrepancies or nonconformances\n Support internal and external audits by providing calibration records and documentation\n Communicate with departments to ensure timely submission and return of equipment for calibration\n Maintain organized records and filing systems (electronic and/or physical)\nMust be able to travel 50% of the time between our facilities in Devens, MA, and East Hartford, CT.
