Working closely with Defence and industry stakeholders, you'll ensure safe, compliant and effective delivery of design changes, repairs and engineering solutions. This is a genuine leadership role with 4 direct reports and responsibility for developing a high-performing team of engineering specialists.\nAbout You\nYou will bring:\nEngineering degree and significant Defence or aerospace experience\nProven leadership of technical or engineering teams\nExperience in aviation certification, modification and repair activities\nStrong knowledge of airworthiness and system safety principles\nWorking knowledge of DASR requirements\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nCandidates must be able to achieve a TSPV security clearance to work in this role.
