IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System is a revolutionary, network enabled command-and control system developed by Northrop Grumman that Poland has deployed to unify its air and missile defense sensors and shooters. IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System delivers a single integrated air picture with unprecedented accuracy and broadens surveillance and protection areas. By implementing IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System into their militaries, the US and other nations are transforming their integrated missile defense capabilities in a consistent manner.\nThis requisition may be filled at either a Computer System Architect - Level 2 or a Principal Computer Systems Architect - Level 3.\nBasic Qualifications for a Computer System Architect - Level 2: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree\nBasic Qualifications for Principal Computer Systems Architect - Level 3: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree\nBasic Qualifications:\nRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration experience\nStrong software, system, and network troubleshooting skills\nAbility to script or work at the command line level within RHEL and Windows-based systems (Bash, PowerCLI, PowerShell, or Python)\nBasic understanding of all phases of software development, and practical experience in an Agile/DevOps environment\nBasic understanding of networking to include subnets, routing, VLANs, etc.\nMust have an active Secret Clearance\nCurrent DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e., Security+, etc.)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUnderstanding of routing/switching and experience debugging network-oriented applications\nExperience with automation tools such as Ansible\nAdministration experience with VMware vSphere 7.x or higher\nExperience integrating COTS, GOTS and custom software in a security constrained environment\nWorking knowledge of Linux systems in a Windows Domain environment\nExperience with Air & Missile Defense Command and Control programs such as IBCS, PATRIOT, SENTINEL, C2BMC or THAAD or any sensor/weapon system, Link 16 experience\nExperience with implementing STIGs and tracking non-compliance on Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) \nPrevious experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, etc.)\nAbility to generate procedures that test functionality\nAdditional Operating System Environment Certification i.e., (MCSA, MCSE, Linux+, RHCSA, Net+, CCNA, VMware Certified, etc.)\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
