Start dates are determined after funding confirmation.\nEssential Functions\nPerforming data entry and/or database management operations in support of programs or products.\nControlling data definitions within established data standards for existing applications.\nPerforming regular data validation.\nMaintaining database specifications by initiating or responding to database change requests.\nUpdating and maintaining database records and tables as required.\nMonitoring and auditing database operations.\nVerify database security and integrity controls.\nDemonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks.\nAble to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.\nResolve routine questions and problems and elevates more complex problems.\nEnsures solutions are consistent with organization objectives\nBasic Qualifications for Database Analyst\nMust have a High School diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant Database Administrator/Analyst experience; or an Associate’s Degree and 4 years of relevant Database Administrator/Analyst experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Database Administrator/Analyst experience; or a Master’s Degree.\nYour ability to Obtain and/or Transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company\nCurrent CompTIA Security Plus (or higher) certification.\nExperience developing and scripting using SQL or other query languages.\nExperience generating visual reports in tools like Tableau or Power BI.\nExperience with backups of large databases and transaction logs.\nExperience with STIG and database security controls.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts in plain language.\nExperience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nAbility to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.\nMust be willing/able to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, and 365 days a year.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience designing and maintaining databases.\nExperience with remote cloud architecture.\nExperience working in an Air Force flightline environment\nExperience working with Air Force flight communications systems\nActive US Government SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance.\nActive Specific Special Access Program access.\n#ICS #ASMT #MPR #Blue\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $38,600.00 - $64,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
