This is a 1st shift position.\nWhat You'll Get to Do:\nAntenna test equipment design in support of factory phased array testing \nIntegrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art facility \nTest software and test equipment design related to phased array testing \nSoftware development for automating test processes and data analysis \nTroubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced antenna systems \nSupport technicians with troubleshooting and training \nAnalyze test data and identify early trends \nSupport program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions \nCollaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements \nMaintain sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures \nBasic Qualifications Antenna Test Engineer 2:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 2+ or more years of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline\nExperience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.\nProfessional software development experience using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB, Mate, etc. \nCurrent Active Secret Clearance with Special Access Program (SAP).\nU.S. citizenship\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSoftware development experience with RF and antenna systems \nTest development experience in a nearfield and/ or compact antenna range \nRF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience \nFamiliarity with RF and antenna theory\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
