Working within the Maintenance Programs & Reliability team, you'll use engineering analysis and operational data to optimise aircraft maintenance programs, improve fleet reliability and support Defence capability outcomes.\nYour role:\nAs an Engineer, Maintenance Programs & Reliability, you'll analyse maintenance and operational data, investigate reliability issues and contribute to the ongoing development of the KC-30A Aircraft Maintenance Program. Working closely with Defence stakeholders, maintenance teams and technical specialists, you'll help improve aircraft availability, safety and performance.\nKey responsibilities include:\nAnalysing aircraft reliability and performance data.\nInvestigating technical defects and maintenance trends.\nSupporting maintenance program reviews, updates and optimisation initiatives.\nContributing to airworthiness, integrity and sustainment activities.\nCollaborating with Defence, OEMs and internal engineering teams to deliver operational outcomes.\nAbout you:\nYou are a motivated engineer with a passion for aviation and solving complex technical problems. You enjoy working with data, engaging with stakeholders and contributing to outcomes that matter.\nYou'll bring:\nA Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Avionics or a related discipline.\nAt least two years' aviation industry experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1).\nExperience in aircraft sustainment, maintenance programs, reliability engineering or Defence aviation will be highly regarded.\nBe part of something bigger.
