Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is currently seeking aFacilities Coordinator 4 to support our ACCEfacility maintenance/engineering team on site at our Clearfield, Utah location.\nResponsibilities:\nThe candidate will be an integral part of the ACCEMaintenance/Reliability Engineering team and have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. Responsibilities will include partnering with the maintenance team to source, order and procure parts and supplies for the department. This individual will be responsible for administration of the purchase requisition process which requires working closely with the supply chain and procurement personnel. This individual acts as liaison between service providers, contractors, vendors and the members of the maintenance group and supply chain personnel.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in building functional relationships associated with a diverse group of individuals and understanding how best to obtain MRO items and services in a demanding environment. Our team is highly collaborative, striving to work as partners across all levels and functions including maintenance, operations, engineering, and supply chain. We find satisfaction working to solve problems that influence continuous improvement and increase performance.\nThe selected candidate will coordinate the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area. Maintains contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications. Verifies labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices. Estimates percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.\nJob Duties: \nAdminister purchase requisition process (PR). \nSource, order and procure MRO items. \nAdministration of department P-card purchases. \nCoordinate terms and scope of work with vendors and service providers. \nCoordinate account details of vendors with Supply Chain personnel. \nExamines and facilitates vendor accounts and agreements. \nAssists with contractor scheduling. \nMaintains contact with and helps to direct the work of service providers. \nHelp verify the completion and acceptance of work provided by contractors. \nAlso includes Tool Crib Attendant activities such as: receives, stores, and issues tools, and measuring devices. \nMaintains records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database. \nDisposes of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure. \nEnsures that measuring devices are periodically calibrated \nBasic Qualifications for a Level 4 Facilities Coordinator:\nHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of related work experience. \nMust be able to coordinate with workers, contractors, management, and customers. \nMust have strong Microsoft Office applications skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams. \nMust have ability to work with little or no supervision. \nMust have ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret Security clearance \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with purchasing and sourcing maintenance and repair items and services. \nExperience with accounting practices and statement reconciliation. \nExperience working in and demonstrating lean manufacturing principles. \nExperienced with continuous improvement concepts. \nExperience using Maximo asset management program. \nDemonstrated expertise as a maintenance technician. \nDetail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nKnowledge of the SAP system. \nExcellent time management and organizational skills. \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Northrop Grumman, we are on the cutting edge of innovation -- building the next generation of sophisticated aircraft to protect our country. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
