As an Industrial Security Analyst- Level 4 located in Dulles, VA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\nThe Industrial Security Analyst must have relevant experience in industrial security programs and a strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). They should possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful Industrial Security Analyst will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDevelops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.\nStudies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.\nObtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.\nPrepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.\nConducts security education classes and security audits.\nInvestigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.\nOther duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience - OR - Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
