As an Industrial Security- Manager Level 3 located in Linthicum, MD, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\nThe Industrial Security Manager - Level 3 will serve as the Business Unit Security Manager and oversee all security activities and operations across multiple geographically dispersed locations. This role includes guiding both briefed and non briefed personnel across all security functions and interfacing with internal and external leadership.\nThe successful candidate will coordinate and collaborate with a team of security professionals located across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
