Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is currently seeking either Maintenance Technician Level 2 orMaintenance Technician Level 3 to support our Maintenance Team on site at our ACCE Facility in Clearfield, Utah.\nRole Description & Responsibilities:\nMaintenance Technician Level 2 or Maintenance Technician Level 3 is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.\nThe selected Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.\nJob Duties:\nPerform mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting on all equipment\nPerform routine mechanical / electrical / electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including our CNC and automated machines, Boilers, Autoclaves, HVAC systems, General lighting, Air compressors, Hydraulic systems, Overhead Cranes etc.\nOther duties to support Maintenance Team as assigned\nShift as follows: Dayshift Monday through Friday 9-hour shift\nHours: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM\nThis requisition can be filled as either a level 2 Maintenance Technician or a level 3 Maintenance Technician.\nBasic Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Level 2:\nHigh School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as an Electrical / Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright\nAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance\nAbility to obtain and maintain Special Program Access\nBasic Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Level 3:\nHigh School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as an Electrical / Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright\nAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance\nAbility to obtain and maintain Special Program Access\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nLicensed Journeyman or Master tradesman (plumber, pipefitter, millwright, etc.)\nElectrician: Must be proficient and knowledgeable in 3 phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring and troubleshooting of such systems\nCertifications or demonstrated competency repairing complex electro-mechanical systems\nCertifications or demonstrated competency repairing automated motion control systems\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.\nWorking knowledge of HVAC maintenance\nExperience leading a team\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
