Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a RF Microwave Design Engineer Manager 2, to join our team in Baltimore, MD.\nThe ideal candidate will manage an RF/Microwave design group within the Electronics and Payloads organization. Emphasis is placed on leading a team of 10 - 15 Antenna modelling and analysis engineers that support development and production programs, and new business pursuits to ensure quality engineering solutions. Our engineering work includes full life-cycle programs including antenna design, development, integration, training, and production.\nThis position will report to the department manager of the Antenna Subsystem Design within Electronics and Payloads. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
