This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.\n\nWhat You’ll Get to Do:\nAs the Supplier Management Team Lead, Program Manager 2, you will lead a dynamic cross functional team managing major supplier efforts by providing Program Management leadership, technical leadership, team leadership, and direction in support of multi-million-dollar projects.\nThe SMT includes contributors from multiple organizations:\nSMT Program Manager (Team Lead - This Position)\nEngineering Support Team\nGlobal Supply Chain (GSC)\nMission Assurance (MA)\nProduction\nBusiness Management\nVarious support functions\nThe SMT Program Manager will perform the following:\nSupports and monitors technical performance baselines while comparing key subcontract technical performance measures, assesses execution status, and takes appropriate action to maintain conformance with the baseline\nIdentifies and addresses impacts through a systematic and proactive approach to Risk and Opportunity Management\nCommunicates, monitors, and promptly resolves issues across all functional elements within the SMT, including the supplier\nManages and balances communications with stakeholders through organized and disciplined processes ensuring that Subcontract information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored, and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets Subcontract and stakeholder needs while protecting the company’s contractual rights\nEffectively plans, defines, establishes, communicates, monitors, and controls subcontractor scope to ensure that all of the work required and only the work required, is performed. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\nYou’ll Bring These Qualification s:\nBachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience or masters with 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree\n3 years working with Training systems\nActive U.S. Government Secret security clearance within scope with and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)\nExperience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or large supplier management portfolio experience in other industries.\nExperience leading projects and managing cross functional teams\nExperience driving a supplier to cost, schedule, and technical rigor deliverables and dates\n2+ years of experiencing managing comprehensive earned value\n These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nMaster’s degree\nPMP Certification\nKnowledge and experience in DOD\n3 years of formal lead/management experience\nProgram Management skills (proposal creation, development and adherence to master plans and schedules, budget tracking, risk and opportunity management).\nProven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization.\nAbility to demonstrate independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nManage multiple projects concurrently in meeting customer requirements/expectations.\nExperience managing a Program effort or Major Subcontract (in either a supply chain, SMT, or program management role).\nGlobal Supply Chain experience\nBusiness Management\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
