This position is located in Clearfield, UT, for ICMB Sustainment, supporting the Minuteman III Operational Targeting Program (MOTP).\nWhat You’ll Get To Do:\nThe candidate will have the following functional responsibilities 20%:\nAssessing staffing needs, current as well as projected and working with the respective team leads to address those needs.\nSupporting recruitment activities including the creation of requisitions, conducting interviews, and approving offers.\nEstablishing personal program and functional goals as well as performing quarterly connections and merit adjustments for subordinates.\nProvide their subordinates with career development recommendations, mentoring, discipline, as necessary.\nGenerate training plans based on the program and their subordinates' needs.\nProvide regular flow down of company and organizational status and appropriately represent and be a spokesperson for the Software Engineering organization to their group, assigned project, and the company.\nThe candidate will have the following technical responsibilities 80%:\nDesign and implement Python-based test automation, including use of tools such as JAZZ, to verify requirements.\nDesign, develop, and implement test methods, procedures, and equipment.\nApply sound Systems Engineering methods and best practices.\nNavigate and utilize requirements management tools such as DOORS.\nUtilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with an understanding of DoDAF and SysML.\nDefine test parameters and specify tests to be performed.\nCompile and analyze test data to identify required changes to test equipment, procedures, or requirements.\nPlan, execute, and report on test activities, including integration support.\nConduct element integration, regression, and verification/validation testing, including checkout in system test labs.\nDemonstrate technical experience with networks, computer hardware and software, and interconnection/interfacing technologies.\nCollaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and lab users to ensure test requirements are met.\nDevelop and release engineering documentation, including:\nData analysis against requirements and interfaces for each software build or hardware component.\nCoordination with software developers and systems engineers in support of verification.\nDetailed test reports to support formal system verification.\nDevelop and execute short- and long-term integration plans for multiple concurrent baselines.\nIntegrate subsystem functionality into system capabilities per design, with emphasis on system stability and performance.\nParticipate in technical interchange meetings, interface with internal and external customers, and contribute to a broad range of program deliverables.\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:\nMedical, Dental & Vision coverage\n401k\nEducational Assistance\nLife Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions\nPaid Time Off\nHealth & Wellness Resources\nEmployee Discounts\nThis position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
