Finally, We pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management, OR a Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management, OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management,\nMust have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects\nActive U.S. Government Secret clearance (or higher) to apply/start\nAbility to obtain/maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company\nMust have the ability to work any of the shifts listed above as required to support business needs\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent Program Special Access\nMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field\nAbility to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while demonstrating a professional attitude.\nWorking Knowledge of SAP\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
