Our domain provides rewarding work that contributes to the latest advancements being made in the missile defense industry.\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nThe Manufacturing Technician performs hands-on activities/tasks associated with manufacturing rocket motor components.\n\nTasks may include, but are not limited to, tooling assembly/disassembly, operating equipment, component surface preparation, including anodizing, contamination removal and deburring, drilling, assembly, maintaining cleanliness of work area and facilities.\n\nParticipates as a team member to positively influence and enhance the safety, quality, and cost and schedule performance of their team.\n\nMust be willing to perform shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required\n\nMust possess a valid state driver’s license\n\nDetail-oriented and meticulous.\n\nAble to pass a respirator FIT test\n\nAble to work a physically demanding day (stand for long periods; work from your knees; ascend and descend ladders; lift, bend, twist, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.) while wearing protective equipment (respirator, coveralls, gloves, eye and ear protection, etc.)\n\nAble to read, comprehend, and follow established written instructions without deviation\n\nPerform basic math and measurement functions\n\nRead and interpret blueprints\n\nMust be willing to perform work on weekends and holidays as required.\n\nMust be willing to work overtime as required.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhy you? Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
