This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\nYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:\n8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s\n3 years of hands-on experience supporting modernization, maintenance, design and analysis of mechanical systems\n3 years of ICBM Sustainment experience\n1 year of experience providing technical leadership of an engineering team\nMust have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain an U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nExcellent written communication skills with a customer focused mindset\nActive U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.\nMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering\nMinimum 5 years of ICBM experience\nMinimum 7 years’ hands-on experience supporting modernization of ICBM infrastructure including aerospace vehicle ground\nSystems/subsystem and ground support equipment design and analysis\nMore than 3 years of experience providing technical leadership of an engineering team\nThorough knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME and MIL-STDs)\nExcellent verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
