Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector Test Engineering organization is seeking aPrincipal Antenna Test Software Engineer to be an instrumental part of Northrop Grumman's Antenna Test Development Team.\nWhat You'll Get to Do:\nTest software architecture and development related to phased array testing \nTest software architecture and development for automating test processes and data analysis \nLead test software development teams across multiple software projects \nMentor early career engineers \nDefine software requirements based on product test requirements \nDevelop test plans and lead software integration efforts \nSupport production test and lead troubleshooting efforts \nCollaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements \nMaintain sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures \nBasic Qualifications for a Principal Antenna Test Software Engineer:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 5+ Years of relevant experience; or 3+ Years with Masters; or 0 Years with PhD \nProfessional software development experience using languages such as Matlab, C++, Python, etc. \nLeadership experience through mentoring and/or team leadership \nCurrent Active Interim Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain/maintain SAP.\nU.S. citizenship \nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent Active Secret clearance with SAP\nSoftware development experience with RF and antenna systems \nTest software development experience in a nearfield and/or compact antenna range \nRF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience \nFamiliarity with RF and antenna theory \nProfessional software development experience using MATLAB \nProfessional software architecture experience \nProfessional leadership experience leading software teams through software development projects \nExperience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc. \nPrimary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
