The selected candidate will be working with the latest technology to modernize software production across multiple programs.\nThe selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. Travel up to 25% may be required.\nRoles and Responsibilities will include:\nStandup of large scale software factory used by software teams\nIntegrate and automate systems to facilitate continuous build, continuous integration, continuous test, and continuous deployment pipeline\nStrong communication skills is a must to work with Software IPT, chief engineers, and development team\nThe selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related engineering experience.\nExperience with concepts such as micro services *including scalability best practices), containers, and container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes\nStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skills\nExperience with a variety of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Ant, Bamboo, Chef, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, etc.\nExperience using Agile methodologies in programs with multiple teams\nExperience with software development (Java/Javascript, C++, C# or any modern object-oriented language) and its life cycle\nAbility to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).\nAbility to obtain and maintain initial Special Access Program (SAP) access via a Program Access Request (PAR).
