As a Program Control Finance Manager - Manager 1, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite.\nThis position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\nRoles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nResponsibilities include Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Profit Analysis / Return on Sales, and Proposal Support\nInterfacing between Program Business Operations, enterprise business system implementation teams, and Program Management including the Customer Program Office\nFacilitating program financial deliverables to customer while staying synchronized with enterprise and program business rhythms and requirements\nPresenting program performance and estimates to customer project management and internal financial management through customizable performance metric dashboards\nSuccessfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines\nExperience in DoD setting with understanding of government Cost Accounting Standards, FAR & DFARs\nParticipate in knowledge transfer and best practices sharing with peers\nResponsible for monitoring cost control guidelines and funding profiles\nEnsure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree from accredited university with a minimum of 5+ years related experience- OR - a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years related experience as outlined above. In lieu of degree, an additional 4+ years of experience may be considered\nActive Top Secret clearance required\nExperience in a lead or supervisory role\nMust be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employee, management and customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverables\nProven experience in a team environment and interacting with all levels of management\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nDetail-oriented\nExcellent critical thinking and analytical skills\nDetailed experience with record retention\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years finance/accounting/pricing & estimating experience\nExperience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to include Cost Schedule Integration, Integrated Performance Management and Financial reporting requirements\nExperience with baseline planning and scheduling, forecasting and estimating, and/or cost/schedule integration techniques, including subcontractor integration\nExperience with Cobra, MS Project, Costpoint, and/or Cognos\nIntegrated Baseline Review (IBR) training, preparation and execution experience\nSupporting program surveillance reviews and oversight using DECM\nProgram Management (PMP) and/or Earned Value Management Certification (EVP)\nHave a knowledge of SOW requirements as this is part of the proposal process\nAn active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at time of application, current and within scope\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
