As a Program Cost and Schedule Control Finance Analyst - Level 4, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. The Analyst will interface with the program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.\nThis position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. This position requires you to be onsite at our Dulles location for a minimum of 3 days a week.\nRoles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLeading financial management on the program, including forecasting, planning, estimate-at-complete (EAC) maintenance, program control/Earned Value Management (EVMS), and ad hoc analyses and reporting.\nSet up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.\nPerforming analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.\nPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual Estimates at Complete (EACs)\nSupport audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support.\nEffectively communicating with leadership and customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverables.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience - OR - Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience\nWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree\nDemonstrated leadership, critical thinking and innovative behaviors in past projects, roles, or experiences\nExperience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis\nExperience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines\nStrong PC skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel\nStrong analytical ability\nAbility to obtain and maintain a US Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration\nActive U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope\nDefense industry experience\nEarned Value Management (EVM) experience \nProgram Cost Control experience\nExperience with Costpoint or SAP\nExperience with Deltek Cobra Reporting Tool\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
