Finally, we pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below:\nRelated experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.\nTwo years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).\n Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).\n Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification.\nCurrent Special Access Program (SAP) access.\nDegree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM).\nPrior roles executing on development programs.\nPrior experience with leading Information Technology teams, specifically related to systems engineering, software engineering, integration and test engineering, cyber engineering.\nProgram management experience on Agile programs applying incremental planning and delivering programs on schedule.\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $161,100.00 - $241,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
