Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an openings for a Program Manager 3 to fill the role as Deputy Site Manager and lead existing and future efforts for the B-2 program and Air Combat Systems portfolio. This position is located at our Whiteman Air Force Base, MO location.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDirect all program phases from inception through completion. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance. Participate in negotiation of contract and contract changes.\nInterface with customers for program activities. Cultivate customer relationships and intimacy to refine and shape future opportunities. \nSupport program reviews with internal and external customers.\nDevelop and deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other program stakeholders.\nIdentify, allocate and manage program resources, including staff, NCTA capital, and facilities.\nIdentify, mitigate, and capture risk and opportunity.\nSupport pre-proposal planning, including RFP shaping, response strategy, and development of capture-related products.\nSupport proposal execution approach, team roles and responsibilities, schedule, and staffing requirements.\nLead and manage proposals in response to RFIs and RFPs from our prime contractors including kickoff and recurring stand-up meetings.\nDefine required proposal deliverables and ensure proposal compliance.\nOur Leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. Finally, we pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below:\nRelated experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.\nDemonstrated experience leading diverse teams with varied scopes of work and experience managing multiple ongoing B-2 sustainment efforts that includes maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations; Contract Field Team operations; Aircrew Training; Mission Planning; Logistics and Communications Programs. \nDemonstrated experience training, leading and directing activities of team members through execution of a formal process.\n Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).\n Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience with organizational and leadership skills in creating successful proposals targeted to U.S. Air Force customers\nDemonstrated experience with B-2 sustainment operations.\nActive US Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI and Special Access Program clearance.\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $158,000.00 - $237,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
