Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator to: produce employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards. Processes Personnel Security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control. Collects and submits electronic fingerprints, handprints and optical reading into systems. Maintains parking/vehicle database and daily report (activity reports, visitor logs, etc.) database. Maintains lock and key records. Processes visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access. Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances. Maintains controlled security documents and information. Physical Security Support: bag inspections, occasionally empty proprietary bins.
Basic Qualifications:
Current Active Secret clearance.
US Citizenship.
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years education and/or Security related experience.
Ability to work rotating shifts.
Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LENEL access system.
One Badge system.

Primary Level Salary Range: $6,100.00 - $101,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
