This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\nYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 8+ years of related technical experience or Masters Degree with 6+ years of related experience\n2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle, in any of the following systems engineering domains: requirements development, systems architecture, verification planning, and interface definition experience\nMust have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nAt least 3+ years experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule with proven results\nStrong understanding of the SE process, including SE experience across multiple levels of integration. 3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle, including requirements development, systems architecture, verification planning, and interface definition experience\n3+ years of experience using IBM DOORS, Cameo, CPLM and/or NX\n2+ years of experience with Agile project management using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools\n1+ years of experience with Support Equipment development, engineering and sustainment\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $219,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
