The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\nYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience, Master's Degree and 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree\nMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need\nMinimum 2 years experience working with EVMS systems\n1 year experience leading a technical team as a project or program manager and/or driving performance against schedul\nExperience supporting US Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries\nExperience tracing test requirements to systems engineering framework\nExperience writing test plans and procedures\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nBachelor's of Science degree in STEM field with 6 years of applicable test, ICBM, and/or management/leadership experience, or 4 years with a Master’s of Science degree in STEM field\nMinimum 5 years experience working on developmental test teams• \nActive DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher awarded or reviewed in the last 6 years\nU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)\nExperienced at briefing senior levels of management and customers\nExperience leading large cross-functional teams\nProgram planning experience\nExperience working proposals or business development\nExperience with formal design release processes\nExperience with hardware integration and test\nExperience developing and performing ICBM system maintenance or operations activities\nExperience with missile component movements, heavy lift equipment, large missile handling equipment and vehicles\nExperience with ICBM Launch Site and/or Launch Center development and maintenance\n Knowledge of ICBM flight test preparation and test procedures\nExperience with developmental flight test operations in the Aerospace Industry\nExperience in the development of flight test plans and procedures for a rocket system\nEVMS (Earned Value Management System) familiarity, especially experience as a CAM (Control Account Manager)\nProficient in Agile Development practices and the use of applications such as Jira and Confluence\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
