This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.\nThis role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\nWhat You’ll Get To Do:\nThis role will be responsible for the management of lab and facility design, integration, and test, managing a diverse team of design engineers, system test engineers, technicians, and support roles. This role will have significant direct interface with the customer and manage formal deliverables. The primary focus will be ensuring that the infrastructure and support equipment used by the System Test Team is available at the correct milestones to support the SOW and test team needs. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree\nMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need\nMinimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified\nPrevious experience working in Integration and Test Environments\nExperience in team management, task scheduling and team building\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nMinimum 3 years managing engineering or test teams\nUS Citizenship with an Active Top Secret or SCI Clearance (awarded within the past 5 years)\nPrior experience with lab design and build\nPrior experience conducting test on an EMD program\n2 years experience directing integrating with customers\nExtensive experience in System Integration Lab integration and hardware/software integration at the system level\nAgile experience\nPrior experience with Instrumentation, data acquisition and test automation systems\nPrior experience leading large cross-functional teams\nModel Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysML\nExperience using CAMEO software\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
