The modernization effort emphasizes cloud-native software engineering, microservices, advanced data ingestion and synchronization, improved data models, and enhanced user experience to support JADC2-aligned mission objectives.\nPosition Summary\nSoftware Engineers provide support for the modernization of GCCS-J by developing software features, implementing data workflows, contributing to architectural design, and ensuring high-quality,\nmission-aligned software delivery across multiple product areas.\nThis position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
