Our Team develops and supports state-of-the-art Mission Planning systems.\nResponsibilities:\nAuthor Software Test Plans, Procedures, Subsystem Acceptance Test Procedures, and Test Reports.\n\nExecute test artifacts for developmental, integration, qualification, and acceptance testing\n\nDevelop automated test approaches for new software capabilities\n\nCompile test data, identify gaps, and recommend procedural changes\n\nPerform hands-on troubleshooting and support organic/COTS SW/HW integration in the labs\n\nWorking with SW development teams to document and resolve SW issues.\n\nProvide on-site support for fielded products\n\nMay require travel up to two weeks at a time for planning meetings, testing events, and customer support\n\nAll work must be performed on-site in Manhattan Beach, CA\nBasic Qualifications:\nUS Citizenship and Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (adjudicated within the last 5 years or under continuous evaluation)\n\nFor Integration and Test Engineer: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 2+ years of experience or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of experience\n\nFor Principal Integration and Test Engineer: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of experience or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of experience\n\nExperience defining test objectives based on test requirements.\n\nExtensive experience with automated testing tools (e.g., TestComplete) and scripting languages.\n\nStrong background in SW/HW integration/troubleshooting/test principles, COTS software incorporation, and field support.\n\nProven track record of developing test automation and data collection methods within CI/CD pipelines.\n\nAdvanced hands-on system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\n\nAbility to lead technical interfaces with suppliers and customer\n\nPreferred (nice to have) Qualifications:\nExperience working with requirements development\n\nDemonstrated ability to implement process improvements, streamline activities, and develop efficiencies.\n\nStrong interpersonal and analytic skills\n\nExperience with current military Mission Planning Systems such as Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), AFMSS and/or PFPS\n\nActive DoD Top Secret Clearance or Special Access Programs clearance\n\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum team.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
