This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\n*This position is contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date*\nThe Network Engineer will support the customer’s computer data communications systems, in providing design specifications, testing and inspections for computer networks; plan and implementing upgrades; as well as, analyzing and organizing corresponding hardware and software combined solutions through network modeling.\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nProvide technical support and engineering for WAN/LAN development and maintenance.\nThe work involves installations, design, configurations, monitoring, and maintenance of network hardware and software to ensure network availability to system users.\nWork alongside other network support and client server specialists to plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.\nProvide support to projects involving networks, by helping them connect to the network and troubleshooting issues they may have.\nDevelop and implement methodologies for analysis, installation and support of the network.\nOther duties as assigned\nThis position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.\n*Please be aware that this position will be contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date.*\nBasic Qualifications for Level 4:\nBachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional relevant experience - OR - Master’s degree with 6 years of professional relevant experience - OR - PhD with 3 year of professional relevant experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
