This role contributes to the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of high-performance digital solutions for systems operating in complex and contested electromagnetic environments.\nOur Beavercreek team offers a highly collaborative, small-team environment within a larger enterprise. Engineers here work across integrated teams and disciplines to develop advanced technologies and products supporting critical customer missions. This role works closely with Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software, Digital Engineering, and Integration & Test to define architectures, guide implementation, solve difficult integration challenges, and deliver mission-relevant capability in a fast-paced development environment.\nWe are looking for a technically strong and mission-focused engineer who is comfortable owning difficult digital development problems, driving sound engineering decisions, mentoring other engineers, and contributing across the full development lifecycle from concept through integration, test, and delivery.
