Come be a part of our mission.\nNorthrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as aSystems Test Engineer - Level 4 based out of Aurora, CO.\nPosition Overview:\nSynthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.\nThis position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work.\nBasic Qualifications for a Level 4:\nMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application\nBachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nExperience with ground system software deployment, integration and testing in complex, layered, cloud-based environments\nUnderstanding of requirements decomposition, verification activity planning and execution\nAbility to collaborate with software development teams to ensure understanding, reproduction steps, resolution approach\nAbility to proactively identify software issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause investigation in support of generating detailed problem reports and engage in rapid, collaborative resolution\nExperience with Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash), Git, Containerization (Kubernetes, Helm), and Java\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent Security+ certification\nAdjudicated and active CI Poly\nFamiliarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nUnderstanding of Agile roles and responsibilities\nExpertise/understanding of Robot Framework and AWS\n#SPEnhancedERAP\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
