Collaboration with program and functional leaders to develop and nurture a highly competent and engaged team that delivers on commitments and embodies “best culture” is essential.\nThe position will follow our 9/80 schedule and allow employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the Palmdale Test Team Directorate and Leadership to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations\nCollaborate across Functions to ensure all objectives are met\nAssist with monitoring progress, assessing project issues and driving actions to closure to meet program goals and objectives\nFacilitate Risk, Issue and Opportunity management\nData synthesis, aggregation, analysis, and communication\nOrganize knowledge sharing, assist with improvements to team SharePoint site\nPromote team engagement activities including lunch and learns, team recognition and organizational highlights\nProactively manage strategic rhythm of the organization to ensure preparedness for program and customer deadlines\nDrive a sense of urgency and act with speed to meet all needs of the business and stakeholders\nCoordination across multiple disciplines and product teams\nPreparing status reports and maintaining detailed project logs\nAssessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives\nEstablish and maintain the Directorate strategic rhythm\nReview change board packages and assess for potential impacts\nContinuous process improvement focus\nAssist in development of program metrics and coordinate with Tableau administrators and Technical Integrator to build products for the program\nCoordinate and manage program meetings\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 9 years of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 7 years of related experience as defined below (Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions)\nExperience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data\nExperience supporting new business proposals and facilitation\nExperience performing program resource management, including coordination of staffing baselines and forecasts\nExperience performing project and control account management\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a Production Test or Flight Test environment\nExperience on either an Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) or Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) program\nHolds a Special Access Program clearance or has held one in the last 6 months\nAdministration of Jira and Confluence sites; adhering to and creating new process documentation and controls to ensure configuration control of data\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $239,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
