Ability to select the best method of producing parts, tools or assemblies\nProject Management - Successful project management and leadership experience. Coordination of design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with customers, both internal and external.\nComputer Aided Design Tools - Basic knowledge of computer aided design tools and systems (e.g., computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM).\nEngineering Drawings & Specs - Basic ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Basic level under-standing of GD&T\nBasic Quali fications:\nLevel 2: Bachelor’s STEM Degree with 2 years of experience OR a Master's STEM Degree with 0+ years of experience in medium to large scale tooling fabrication and/or production fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings application, and/or production manufacturing operations\nThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nDirect Aerospace Tooling experience\nDirect Experience with NX or some CAD\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
