This role focuses on architecting, designing, and building scalable, production-ready AI native applications as part of business process re-engineering efforts. The position works closely with Process Excellence teams, End Users, SMEs, IT, and junior developers to rapidly build, validate, and deploy solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support scalable growth. Successful candidates will prioritize collaboration, speed, business value and customer impact, balancing concerns around security, scalability, and extensibility.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications and tools based on defined requirements - collaborating heavily with Process Excellence, SMEs, End Users, and IT teams.\nParticipate in process re-engineering efforts applying systems engineering and lean practices, including kaizen, continuous improvement cycles, risk management, process mapping across domains.\nTranslate process and functional requirements into working software solutions with user-friendly interfaces, and scalable structures.\nPlan software structure including data models, APIs, front-end/back-end structures, and AI/LLM integrations.\nParticipate in rapid development cycles with other developers in building applications using AI-assisted coding tools.\nEvaluate and implement AI development tools, frameworks, and workflows to improve speed and quality of development.
