You will:\nManage the Field Service team including hiring, training and scheduling\nMeet with plan participants, union representatives, and employers to explain pension plan eligibility, participation requirements, benefits, and plan provisions.\nConduct individual and group meetings to assist participants with benefit applications, retirement options, and eligibility questions.\nReview and process complex benefit inquiries and applications, obtaining additional documentation when needed.\nPrepare benefit appeals, denial letters, and correspondence by interpreting plan provisions and documenting case recommendations.\nRespond to participant inquiries by phone and in writing, providing guidance on benefits, eligibility, and appeal procedures.\nPrepare management reports and support special projects and process improvements.\nDeliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.\nWho you are...\nExperienced. 2+ years’ experience in the benefits field\nEducated.
