Supports the money movement and Treasury activities throughout the organization. Assists in the collection of financial data needed for the creation of valuable and insightful liquidity and leverage reporting. Works cross functionally to understand money movement and improve operations.\nWhat You'll Do:\nEnsures accurate and timely execution of wire transfer and ACH transactions. Can resolve business area inquiries ad issues with payments. Can solve general system issues.\nResponds to and investigates bank reconciliation open items. Develops and maintains an understanding of the business transactions and related accounting performed by administration and cash/client fund systems (e.g., cash disbursement system). Maintains working knowledge of the financial reconciliation system.\nInvestigates and resolves complex client payment issues.\nIdentifies potential enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency and leads or assists in efforts to implement changes. Provides guidance to other division staff and the operating areas performing Treasury, control, and servicing activities.\nDemonstrates a deep understanding of bank fees used to support company activity. Provides insights to bank fees and collaborates with the cash manager on setting bank balances and facilitate data needs for Treasurer to maintain bank fee expenses.\nUnderstand and documents how data flows between systems and be able to bring it together in a comprehensive view.\nResponsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using standard tools like Excel and data visualization software, to generate insights and support informed decision-making within the organization, while learning advanced analytical techniques under guidance from senior team members\nAssists in the preparation of various Treasury dashboards.\nWhat Experience You'll Bring:\nRequires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.\n1-2 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or investment operations. \nKnowledge of banking and cash management principals, payment channels, treasury tools and banking regulations.\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\nStrong analytical skills, and detailed oriented.\nTeam player motivated to provide great customer service to internal and external customers.\nStrong time management, decision making, interpersonal, research, and communication skills.\nSelf-initiative on issue handling, trouble shooting, and problem solving to resolve time sensitive matter.\nDemonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing concurrent assignments.\nAbility to deliver informative, well-organized documentation.\nSkills:\nAttention to Detail: Focuses on specific details to spot and correct errors in advance of them being found and surpass quality expectations.
