You will be responsible for equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, site infrastructure and statutory compliance, ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.\nWorking closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, you will drive continuous improvement, minimise downtime and support future manufacturing growth.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nLead, develop and manage the Maintenance team, promoting a proactive, safety-first culture\n\nDevelop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and minimise breakdowns\n\nOversee reactive maintenance, root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring failures\n\nManage site facilities, infrastructure and critical utilities, including power, compressed air, HVAC and water systems\n\nDrive equipment reliability and asset performance through maintenance planning, data analysis and continuous improvement\n\nEnsure production tooling, jigs and fixtures are maintained and available to meet operational demands\n\nSupport CAPEX projects, equipment installations, upgrades and commissioning, managing contractors and suppliers\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory inspections and site requirements\n\nMonitor maintenance KPIs, costs and performance to improve efficiency and reliability\n\nSkills/Experience\nDegree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Maintenance Engineering\n\nSignificant experience in a maintenance or facilities leadership role within a manufacturing environment\n\nStrong knowledge of preventative maintenance, asset management and equipment reliability\n\nExperience managing site infrastructure, critical utilities, contractors and suppliers\n\nProven ability to reduce downtime and improve maintenance performance\n\nKnowledge of health and safety legislation and statutory compliance\n\nFamiliarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) \n\nRewards of working for Norton:\nWe like to take care of our Nortoneers and we think we offer some pretty decent rewards.
