By leveraging analytics and fostering vendor relationships, this role will ensure the effective execution of service strategies to support the company's growth objectives.\nSpecific Essential Job Duties\nFinancial Analysis & Strategy\nAnalyze current and historical financial data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.\nPrepare and present comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, board members, and other key stakeholders.\nEvaluate capital expenditures and depreciation schedules.\nMonitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.\nAssist in exploring and analyzing investment opportunities.\nSupport strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.\nAnalyze monthly P&L reports, financial processes, systems, and procedures for accuracy.\nIdentify and implement financial performance corrections based on trend analysis.\nSystems & Process Improvement\nAnalyze existing systems and processes to recommend and implement improvements.\nGather, document, and analyze business requirements to support data-informed decision-making.\nAssist in automating reports and streamlining data collection processes.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleaning data sources.\nCollaborate with staff to gather input and feedback concerning system needs.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.\nWork with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive process improvements.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Reporting\nCollaborate with stakeholders across divisions and subsidiaries to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.\nCoordinate with teams cross-functionally to review financial information and forecasts.\nPresent findings and reports to leadership teams, translating data into clear, actionable insights.\nLead projects, prioritize multiple assignments, and excel in a fast-paced environment.\nFoster external partnerships and support contract negotiations with prospective partners.\nMarket & Investment Research\nPerform strategic M&A and investment analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution assessments.\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.\nResearch, gather, and disseminate competitive intelligence to assess the market.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nAbide by company HSEQ policies and procedures.\nThis job description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as needed. This role may evolve in response to changes in industry practices and technological advancements.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field required; master’s degree a plus.\nMinimum of three (3) years of professional experience in business or financial analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMastery of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.\nExperience using EPM/consolidation software, ERP systems, and business analytics tools considered a plus. \nExperience with Power BI Desktop and a moderate understanding of data structuring, relational data building, visual creation, and data interpretation highly preferred. \nThorough understanding of project and process management.\nStrong analytical skills with strategic thinking and excellent relationship development skills to identify & execute M&A and joint venture projects successfully. \nStrong financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation, forecasting, and accretion/dilution analysis.\nDeep understanding of accounting concepts related to P&L and balance sheets.\nThorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.\nAbility to liaise with middle and upper NLI management for scope negotiation in a manner that upholds NLI values.\nAbility to positively interact and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization and across the globe. Genuine with high ethical standards and values and personal integrity and honesty. \nAbility to exercise sound judgement and discretion in handling proprietary and confidential information. \nMust be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team simultaneously on multiple projects. \nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.\nMust have legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.\nMust be willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as required (Passport required).\nWorking Conditions\nThis position is based in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.\nWork is typically performed in a climate-controlled setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.\nOccasional lifting of office supplies or documents weighing up to 25 pounds may be required.\nMinimal exposure to physical risk;
