The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on technical skills in Nutanix administration, infrastructure troubleshooting and scripting.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Administer, configure and support enterprise Nutanix HCI environments.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues related to hyperconverged platforms.\n\n- Perform advanced technical administration and operational support at L3 level.\n\n- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability and capacity.\n\n- Investigate and resolve incidents involving compute, storage and virtualisation components.\n\n- Use scripting to automate routine infrastructure administration and operational tasks.\n\n- Support infrastructure maintenance, configuration changes and optimisation activities.\n\n- Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, virtualisation and operations teams to resolve technical issues.\n\n- Follow established operational procedures and ensure infrastructure stability and reliability.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and operational procedures.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering or related technical roles.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Nutanix HCI at L3 level.\n\n- Experience in advanced infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and issue resolution.\n\n- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, PowerShell, Bash or an equivalent scripting tool.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and virtualisation concepts.\n\n- Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and work independently on escalated incidents.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Nutanix AHV, Prism Element and Prism Central.\n\n- Exposure to VMware vSphere, Hyper-V or other virtualisation technologies.\n\n- Understanding of compute, storage and networking in hyperconverged environments.\n\n- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.\n\n- Knowledge of enterprise data centre operations, high availability and disaster recovery.\n\nAdditional
