The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices, along with handson experience building or integrating Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI workflows.\n\nThe role involves developing enterprisegrade backend systems, integrating AI capabilities, and building intelligent applications using modern cloudnative technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.\n\n- Build secure, highperformance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.\n\n- Develop and integrate LLMpowered applications, AI agents, conversational assistants, and workflow automation solutions.\n\n- Implement RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, tool calling, and agent orchestration workflows.\n\n- Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems into AIpowered applications.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver productionready solutions.\n\n- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, and deployment.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong handson experience in Python backend development.\n\n- Proficiency in Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), FastAPI, and RESTful API development.\n\n- Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, LLMbased applications, or Agentic AI solutions.\n\n- Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration.\n\n- Strong understanding of microservices, system design, distributed systems, and database management.\n\n- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Strong problemsolving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data modeling.\n\n- Exposure to GPUbased AI deployments, NVIDIA GPUs, or Kubernetesbased AI workloads.\n\n- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.\n\n- Experience with AI deployment optimization, monitoring, and cost management.\n\nCandidate Profile :\n\nCandidates should have strong backend engineering fundamentals and practical experience integrating AI capabilities into production applications.
