This includes kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup, ensuring a flawless and efficient supply pipeline.\n\nProgram & Operational Planning: Oversee physical enrichment program preparations, manage the material assembly team, handle scheduling, coordinate supply ordering, and implement strict operational protocols.\n\nWarehouse & Workspace Management: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and positive central workspace, optimizing inventory flow and layout.\n\nCross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster clear, proactive communication with headquarters and on-site camp leadership teams to ensure seamless daily camp operations.\n\nPerformance Evaluation & Optimization: Continually assess and track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy. Develop and document new methods and protocols to continuously optimize operations.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nQuantitative Thinking: Strong ability to plan, analyze, and assess supply metrics numerically for strategic purchasing and inventory decision-making.\n\nOrganizational Excellence: Exceptional expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management.\n\nHands-on Material Handling: Deep enthusiasm for practical, hands-on tasks including heavy material preparation, packing, and volume management.
