scope, prioritize, and release B2C product features and applications.\nEnsure architectural best practices, high-quality code standards, and robust testing practices.\nOwn delivery of projects end-to-end with a focus on scalability, reliability, and business impact.\nHas worked on B2C setups with at least 150K DAU and served transactions to this user base.\n\nOperational Excellence: \nChampion observability, monitoring, and reliability across backend services.\nContinuously improve system performance, scalability, and resilience.\nStreamline development workflows and engineering processes for speed and quality.\n\nRequirements: \n7+ years of professional experience in backend technologies.\n2-3 years as Tech lead and driving delivery.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nStrong hands-on expertise in Golang OR Python.\nProven track record with high-scale systems (10K RPM).\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms.\n\nLeadership Skills: \nDemonstrated success in managing teams through 2-3 appraisal cycles.\nStrong experience working with product managers to deliver consumer-facing applications.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nNice-to-Have: \nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana,
