As we scale globally, we need someone who can ensure our revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes to succeed across every geography while maintaining our core values and approach to customer relationships.\nWe're looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to own the development and implementation of global enablement programs that scale seamlessly across regions. You'll spend 50% of your time developing and locally implementing these global programs, and 50% tuning enablement initiatives to meet regional needs-all while maintaining a globally aligned selling process that honors local market nuances.\nThis role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring someone who can think globally while acting locally. You'll leverage AI and automation to build scalable enablement solutions that empower our revenue teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide.\nWhat you'll achieve\nGlobal Program Development & Implementation (50%)\nChampion our global operating cadence to ensure the Japan and Korea region is successfully executing our GTM strategy as an extension of the Global Revenue Operations team\n\nDesign, develop and manage comprehensive enablement programs that can be deployed globally while maintaining consistency in our selling methodology and GTM goals\n\nPartner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to create scalable training curriculum, design content, program manage SME stakeholders, develop certification programs, deploy continuous training frameworks frameworks and more\n\nBuild and maintain our global sales playbook, ensuring it reflects best practices that work across diverse markets\n\nLeverage AI tools and automation to create personalized learning paths, real-time coaching recommendations for revenue team members and leverage the work of our Enablement team\n\nEstablish measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI across all regions - you'll close the loop and report out on progress\n\nLead cross-functional initiatives to align product releases, go-to-market strategies, and enablement rollouts\n\nRegional Tuning & Localization (50%)\nCollaborate with regional sales and GTM leaders to identify local market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior patterns\n\nAdapt global programs to address regional needs while maintaining core methodology and brand consistency\n\nCreate region-specific content, case studies, and competitive battle cards that resonate with local markets\n\nBuild feedback loops between regional teams and global program development to continuously improve our approach\n\nSupport regional team leads in coaching and reinforcing enablement initiatives within their teams\n\nAbout you\nExperience & Expertise\n7-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar go-to-market roles\n\nProven track record of building and scaling enablement programs across multiple geographies\n\nExpert in adult learning methodologies and creating compelling multimodal content\n\nHigh proficiency with the enablement tool stack including emerging AI and automation solutions (ideally AI is already embedded into your workflow)\n\nExperience working with global sales teams and understanding of diverse market dynamics\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience measuring program impact and ROI\n\nSkills & Qualities\nStrategic thinker who can balance global consistency with local relevance\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with senior leadership\n\nNatural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments\n\nData-driven approach to decision making with strong attention to detail\n\nAdaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment\n\nPassionate about developing people and helping teams reach their potential\n\nFluency in Japanese and English\n\nTechnical Requirements\nExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), learning management systems, and sales enablement platforms\n\nProficiency with AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and process automation\n\nStrong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously\n\nComfortable with sales analytics and performance metrics\n\nNice to haves\nExperience at a high-growth SaaS company\n\nBackground in sales, customer success, or revenue-generating roles\n\nInternational work experience or familiarity with diverse cultural business practices\n\nExperience with Notion or similar productivity tools\n\nCertification in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)\n\nFluency in Korean #LI-Onsite\n\nA Note on AI\nYou don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work.
