Does that sound like you?\nAbout the Job:\nWe’re looking for an RTR Accountant I to join our team and support core Record-to-Report (RTR) activities. This is an entry-level accounting role where you’ll focus on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reconciliations, and assisting with audits and reporting. You’ll also collaborate with different teams and build a strong foundation in global accounting processes.\nIn your future role as RTR Accountant I, you will:\nManage provisions\nMaintain balances aligned with reports from respective teams\nPrepare reconciliations and supporting workpapers\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies\n\nHandle Concur accounts\nKeep accounts clean and up to date\nFollow up on discrepancies\nExtract reports to fund accounts\n\nSupport Customs processes\nReconcile advance payment reports\nShare reports for invoice registration\nRecord transactions without purchase orders\n\nOversee internal invoices\nTrack invoice requests\nPost accounting entries\nMaintain invoice control\n\nAudit support\nAssist with internal and external audits\nSupport audit activities in Mexico\n\nPerform reconciliations\nComplete monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations (BSAR)\n\nCollaborate with teams\nWork closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting\n\nWe believe you bring:\nEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration\n\nExperience1-2 years in accounting or similar roles\n\nSkillsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking\nComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines\nTeam player with solid interpersonal skills\nProficiency in:Excel\nWord\nPowerPoint\nOutlook\n\nLanguage Fluent English (required)\nYou’ll be working and communicating regularly with global teams, so strong written and verbal English is key\n\nAdditional requirementsAvailability to work fully on-site (Monday-Friday) at our office in Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City\nPlease apply with an English resume\n\nGood to know:\nPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
