About the job: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and commercializing new growth opportunities in polymer modification and recycling across Asia. The role focuses on creating new businesses from opportunity identification through first commercial adoption and establishing repeatable business models that can be transferred to Sales for broader market expansion. The role combines technical, market and commercial perspectives to identify unmet customer needs, develop differentiated solutions and lead selected opportunities through validation and commercialization. Working closely with R&D, Technical Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales, the Business Development Manager owns selected opportunities until they are commercially proven and ready for broader scale-up.
